Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Contracts and Payments

All pricing on this website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, the price stated at the time of your order will be honoured.

Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals accepts payment via PayPal including the use of credit and debit cards. Note that you do not need a Paypal account to make payment via Paypal. Goods will not be despatched until Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals has received full payment.

It is unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals. When placing an order, you warrant that you are not a minor or otherwise prohibited from entering into a contract with Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals.

Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by you if your credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.

Delivery

Shipping prices on this website apply to delivery to Australia and New Zealand. The maximum shipping paid for multiple items is $25 within Australia and $45 to New Zealand.

Please note that delivery to very remote areas of Australia may attract an extra charge.  Shipping of some of our extra large wall decals to New Zealand will attract an extra charge, as they will need to be delivered by a courier. We will contact the customer after purchase to notify them of this (it is also noted on the product pages). For delivery to other countries please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

Delivery of orders will be made via Australia Post Airmail or a courier service. Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days from the date that payment for the product is received by Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals.

Except for special orders where longer time periods have been stated, please allow up to 7 business days from the date of despatch for delivery within metropolitan areas in Australia and approximately 14 business days for rural and overseas deliveries. Please note that custom taxes may be charged in your country and that this is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

If you wish your goods to be delivered via Express or Registered Post please contact us before placing an order. There may be an additional charge for these services. 

Occasionally we offer free postage on online orders. This does not apply to customised orders.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods. Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced or refunded until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Use of wall decals

Due to the wide variety of surface and preparation conditions, Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals can not be held responsible for problems encountered during the the use of and/or removal of wall decals. Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals strongly recommend that surfaces are clean, dry and in good condition before applying wall decals. If you have recently painted we recommend you allow the wall to dry for six weeks before applying a wall decal. It is not recommended to apply wall decals to painted surfaces with loose, flaking paint.

Installation service

In the case where we, or our contractors, install the decal for you, Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals, or their contractors, can in no way be held responsible for any problems encountered, or damage that occurs, relating to the application of the wall decals. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the walls, or surface for application, are clean, in good condition and suitable for wall decal use.

Out of stock items

If any item is marked as in stock but is actually out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product can be ordered by Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be despatched once they are received by Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals.

Your copyright

Generally under copyright laws the owner of the copyright in images is the person who created the images. If you submit artwork or an image to us so that we, or our contractors, can create a customised wall decal or wall artwork for you, you represent and warrant to us that you are the owner of the copyright or have the express permission of the owner of the copyright in the images. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the order for breach if this representation and warranty is incorrect.

If any person makes any claim against us or our Contractors, claiming that any of the content you submit for our custom design service, or any use of them, infringes any copyright, or other intellectual property or moral right of any person, company or entity, you indemnify us and our Contractors against all costs, claims, loss, damage, demands and expenses (including all reasonable legal costs, fees and expenses) arising directly or indirectly out of such claim.

Returns Policy

While every effort is made that all goods despatched are in perfect order, Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If damaged goods are received please contact us within five business days and return the goods with labels and packaging. Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals will replace faulty or damaged items on approval of fault. No postage will be charged for replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or if you have purchased a product that has been custom-designed for you.

While we take great care to represent the products in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to different colour settings on customers' computers and mobile devices, slight variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. In ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences. Of course we are happy to assist you should you need any further clarification.

Privacy

Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals respects your privacy. We will only collect personal information when you have provided such details to us and we will use that information only for the purpose for which you provided it to us. Leafy Dreams Nursery Decals will not use it for any other purpose without your consent. We will not disclose personal information about you to any other group or organisation for any purpose unless we have your consent to do so.
